1. About these terms

This website is operated by Blushwave ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Eligibility: adults only

Our store sells adult wellness products. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to browse or buy. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and use

Our products are intended for personal adult use only. Please read the instructions supplied before first use, use a water-based lubricant, and clean the product after every use. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. We make every effort to display products, colours and specifications accurately, but small differences may occur, and we can't guarantee your screen shows colours exactly.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Promotions and bundle prices apply only while advertised. Products are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund you in full. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any payment taken.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't verify payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is handled as set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy, including our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

7. Free gifts and promotions

Free gifts are offered while stocks last, have no cash value, and may be substituted with an item of similar value. We may change or end a promotion at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to submit false information.
