Free shipping

Every order ships free. Shipping costs and available destinations are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If your address isn't accepted at checkout, we don't yet deliver to your location.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays and peak periods can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or images on the outside. Your bank statement will show a neutral business name.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these aren't collected at checkout, they're the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us and we'll reship it or refund you in full. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided.
